1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Satverse AI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Satverse AI (Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-DL-03-0085445) is a registered Micro Enterprise under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access our services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on our services
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

Satverse AI provides AI-powered B2B SaaS solutions across multiple industries including Food & Beverage, Fashion & Apparel, Finance & Insurance, Logistics & Supply Chain, and Government & Public Services. Our services are designed to enhance operational efficiency, automate processes, and provide intelligent insights.

4. Account Terms

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is current and accurate

5. Payment Terms

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Satverse AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Personal Data Protection Bill.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Satverse AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Satverse AI and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
